Kentucky National Insurance implements GhostDraft CCM Software

TORONTO, Jun. 9, 2014 – GhostDraft, a provider of cloud-based document automation and customer communications management, today announced that Kentucky National Insurance, a privately-held insurance company providing homeowners, auto, condo, boat and rental property insurance, has implemented GhostDraft software to simplify the creation of custom policy forms and related documents.

The Situation

Kentucky National has been providing insurance in the state of Kentucky since 1973. Like many carriers, the company was grappling with the limitations of a legacy policy administration system. This constrained its ability to bring new products to market quickly. Kentucky National chose the Stingray system from Maximum Processing to replace its core systems and GhostDraft for customer communications management.
