GhostDraft Announces Wayne Toms as New CEO

TORONTO, February 1, 2021 – GhostDraft, an insurance industry leader in customer communications management, is pleased to announce Wayne Toms has been appointed as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2021.

Introducing Wayne Toms

Wayne brings a wealth of expertise to this role, having served in several senior leadership capacities over the past decade. His capabilities include extensive SaaS technology strategy as well as development management with experience operating in highly regulated US markets. In his previous role as Head of New Business Development at Korbicom, Wayne oversaw all aspects of its product strategy and software development. Wayne is an experienced strategist with a deep understanding of how to build useful and innovative software. He is a strong leader with a proven track record of managing high performing teams.

Larsen Lockwood-Hall announced his resignation from GhostDraft in early January and has transitioned out of the business. After four years with the company, Larsen was instrumental in building GhostDraft into what it is today.

As the new CEO, Wayne will lead GhostDraft’s vision as well as the product development, sales, implementation, and services teams. GhostDraft also confirms that there is no change to the business outlook for the rest of the 2021 fiscal year.
