History
Document composition has been central to GhostDraft since our inception, and remains at the core of all the applications we currently market.
In the early 1980s we created our first document composition software, GhostWriter, followed a decade later by GhostFill and most recently by GhostDraft, our next-generation platform that simplifies customer correspondence.
We have enjoyed some major successes with these products as our technology has evolved:
- GhostWriter – one of the first full-featured word processing systems developed in the 1980s was used widely outside the United States for the construction of complex legal documents.
- GhostFill – our desktop document composition system developed in the 1990s boasts over 60,000 users around the world.
- GhostDraft – a next-generation product, built from the ground up in 2008, leverages the latest technology standards like .NET, XML and Web Services for a future-proofed platform.
In 2009, GhostDraft was successfully introduced into the banking and insurance sectors. It was quickly embraced for its ease-of-use and business-friendly authoring capabilities, while providing a robust enterprise-class document creation platform.
Today, GhostDraft is dedicated to delivering complete end-to-end solutions for the insurance and financial services sectors. With our roots in complex regulated documents, we are ideally positioned to meet the needs of these two dynamic and demanding markets.
GhostDraft document composition is delivered through the cloud, on a subscription basis, providing an affordable and scalable solution for creating clear, personalized customer correspondence that transforms the customer experience.
GhostDraft is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
